At P. S.E.A. we work with the grantor’s/decedent's chosen professionals such as accountants, attorneys, and financial advisors to ensure the estate is dissolved according to the intentions of the grantor/decedent. This reduces confusion and greatly increases the ability to dissolve in a timely manner.
Although not an institutional trustee, P.S.E.A. through its principal owner can provide trustee services. We have the same legal requirements as institutional trustees, following state and federal laws and guidelines when executing a document.
